A serviced apartment is a residential apartment that's let or rented out on a nightly basis in a similar way to a hotel room. A key difference is that there is typically a minimum stay determined per city and/or apartment supplier. A serviced apartment is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, has access to laundry facilities and, most importantly, is serviced. This means your apartment will be cleaned and will have all linen and towels changed at least once a week should you stay 10 nights or longer.
All serviced apartments have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. A full kitchen will include an oven and a hob, whilst a kitchenette will include a microwave oven and a fixed hob or portable hot plate; unless otherwise stated. As a minimum, a kitchen or kitchenette will include: A cooking appliance such as an oven, microwave, fixed hob or portable hot plate, a fridge, glassware crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, as well as washing up facilities.
All apartments have WIFI unless stated otherwise.

Most serviced apartments have a 3 night minimum stay, but some apartments will have 7 nights minimum. When you enter your dates in the search box on the website, you'll be able to see if the minimum stay matches with the number of nights you plan to book.
The total price shown is all inclusive. The price include the net price, 6% VAT, and City Tax whenever applicable. Note: City Tax varies from city to city in the Netherlands. For example, Amsterdam charges 5% of the booking value (ex. VAT) while other cities charge a fixed rate per person. There will be refundable damage deposit required at check-in that can be secured with a valid credit card. Full details are provided by email once the booking has been completed.
We also accept payment through iDeal. You can also contact us should you want to make the payment via bank transfer.
As soon as you have completed the booking process, a confirmation email will be sent to your email. You can also go to “My Booking” by entering your email address that you use during the reservation process together with your Booking ID.

Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available apartment. This only applicable if your stay is less than 14 nights. Should you require a serviced apartment for 14 nights or more, please contact us directly. You may eligible for a corporate rates where price is most of the time cheaper than online price.
If you need to amend your reservation, please contact our Client Account Management team. All extensions are generally subject to availability and if you wish to shorten your stay you may be subject to cancellation charges if you don’t provide the level of notice required by the cancellation policy. For all of our service apartments, all of the utilities (gas, water, and electricity), as well as internet, local taxes and the TV licence are all-inclusive. You will not need to contact any service providers.
Yes, almost all of the apartments have a housekeeping team to change the linen, towels and clean the premises every week. Some of the apartments offered have more frequent housekeeping servicing (daily / weekdays). When this service is available, it will be specified in the apartment listing.

The minimum duration of a stay is shown with each apartment listing at the moment you select the dates of your stay. This can vary from 1 night to 7 nights and for up to a year. There is rarely a maximum duration for a stay. Our website allows you to book for maximum of 14 nights. If you are staying longer than 14 nights, you will be eligible for a discount and if you are staying more than 30 nights you will be eligible for our special, corporate rates. Please contact our Sales Team for more information, +31 (0)20 524 1144 and let us negotiate the best price for your stay.
When you make an enquiry, we will provide you with a fixed quote based on your needs. You will then be able to book your stay for the quote we have provided by confirming our e-mail. Once you have made your booking, you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with the first invoice(s). Once we have received payment, you will be sent a detailed booking summary, directions to the apartment and more details about check-in and key collection.
We accept most major credit and debit cards and it is also possible to pay via bank transfer. You also have the option of paying in cash. All bookings must be paid for in advance unless agreed otherwise. It is also possible to request to have additional information added to the invoice for your administration such as Purchase Order, for example.
Credit card details are generally accepted as a form of deposit. When a deposit is required, our sales team will be sure to notify you. Deposits are always refunded once the apartment has been checked after your departure.
For stays of longer than six weeks, we are more than happy to bill you on a monthly basis. Payment is due before the specified period on the invoice commences.
Upon your arrival at the apartment, the check-in host or a receptionist will welcome you and give you the keys of the apartment and if this occurs in the apartment itself, you will be given a guided tour of the apartment.
The tap water in the Netherlands is clean and safe to drink. The Netherlands has the safest and cleanest tap water in Europe and the tap water in Amsterdam happens to be the best water in the country. Although it is not necessary, you may choose to buy bottled water at the supermarket if you do not feel comfortable drinking water from the tap.

European electrical devices do not require any kind of adapter, only devices coming from outside the European continent, with the exception of United Kingdom. When you want to use other devices that you have brought from outside Europe, you will need to use an adapter.
